Black is a film that explores the idea of multiple universes. The story follows Vasanta (Jeeva) and his wife Aranya (Priya Bhavani Shankar) on their journey to a rented beachside villa.

The action of the film is dry. With only a few characters exploring the impact of small decisions on our lives and relationships. Like the effects of crazy time cycles on the human psyche. Jeeva and Priya Bhawani Shankar's acting is good. But the movie lacks depth. With his 2013 film Coherence, Black had a great idea and aim to be a character changer.
