GOAT is Venkat Prabhu's film in which Vijay is seen as both the hero and the villain.

The film has a throwback look and dialogues to Vijay and Venkat Prabhu's Mankatha. The music is good but the special number with Trisha is disappointing. The cinematography is average, with VFX doing the heavy lifting on most of the outdoor locations. GOAT is a simple watch for film buffs. But it is a famous watch for die-hard fans.
