Weapons is a film that combines superhero tropes with fantasy and environmentalism into a complex narrative structure. 

The story follows YouTuber Agni, who uncovers the truth behind the boy’s supernatural powers. The film explores environmental themes, scientific experimentation, and waste of power, but lacks a cohesive point of view and story. 

The heavy reliance on exposition and dialogue makes the pace feel disjointed, and the visuals unrealistic. The characters lack depth and feel plastic. Despite the flaws, Vasant Ravi gives a decent performance as Agni, while Rajeev Menon and Sathyaraj bring gravity to their roles.
