"Under Paris" is a Netflix release that pays homage to Steven Spielberg's "Jaws" before going into the full "Sharknado" in a crazy final scene. The film opens in an aquatic garbage dump in the Pacific Ocean, where marine explorer Sophia Assalas (Bérénice Bejo) hunts a mako shark named Lilith Three years later, Sofia discovers that Lilith is alive and well well on the Seine about… the City of Light, an upcoming triathlon site The pressure in the existing water supply is too great to warrant the mayor to take the necessary precautions to prevent the survival and profitability of whales their diet was not spoiled. 

In the midst of a drag-out fight between the mayors of Sofia, a policeman named Adil is arrested, and he eventually convinces Adil to stop the bloodbath The film is incredibly insane and layered with sequences reminiscent of Roland Emmerich's Steven Spielberg and ends. While it's an intelligent version of "Under Paris," it's filled with cruel simplicity for Netflix and their desire to be a slow machine at a time when so many movies are too complicated or drag on their storylines
