Jennifer Lopez is a multi-label entertainment royal, known for such projects as "Hustlers," "Marry Me," "Shotgun Wedding," "The Mother," "This Is Me ... Now" and his latest effort, " Atlas," with Brad It's a cheesy, artificial intelligence-focused sci-fi film directed by Peyton. The film is a horror trailer that will never see its day on the big stage, but it has Jennifer Lopez as its lead character. The film follows data analyst Atlas Shepherd (Lopez) as he navigates a world where AI is strong but run by a special team.
Atlas is filled with hatred for AI, but when he is sent to an unstable planet called GR39, he has no choice but to resort to the nasty robot powers. The second half of the film is centered around Atlas’ reliability issues, aiming to prove that not all AI is bad. But the dynamic between Atlas and the becoming-more-human Simon doesn’t show the importance of trust in human relationships. The film’s visuals and plot ideas feel borrowed from other films, and the stakes are never quite as high. Despite this, "Atlas" has Jennifer Lopez in the driver's seat, though not nearly enough.
