"Free Guy" is a family action movie aimed at the Fortnite Generation and emphasizes individuality while incorporating some footage from other movies. The natural charisma of the cast with Ryan Reynolds and Jodie Comer keeps the film going. In the second half, however, Waititi overplays the film and feels more like a cartoon than an actual NPC.
Despite its disposable nature, "Free Guy" is a pleasant distraction for players who often turn to the virtual world for their escape. It’s fun to watch travel take a different approach, as players often turn to the virtual world to find their own escape.
