Denis Villeneuve's "Dune: Part Two" is a great sequel to the 2021 Oscar-winning film, which explores the story of Fremen and Harkonnen in the Arakis universe The film follows Paul Atreides, who is betrayed by his mother Jessica to tell The Fremen are a choice. The film features a series of battles fending off the firepower of the Harkonnen army and attacks from Fremen tribal warriors.

The story revolves around Paul's arc from a troubled youth to potential leadership, with the king of Imo joining the Fremen and trying to establish a relationship with a young man named Chani Paul passes tests by the Fremen established, he takes the tribal name of Muad'dib and swears vengeance against the Harkonnen.

On another planet, an emperor named Shaddam IV confers with his daughter Irulan (Florence Pugh) and the Bene Gesserit Priestess Mother (Charlotte Rampling). Shaddam sends House Atreides to destruction, meaning he's in the name of Paul's revenge. Lady Jessica becomes a powerful religious figure among the Fremen, guiding her son’s ascension in a sinister and confusing way.

The story in "Dune: Part Two" is richer than the first film, but its greatest asset is the level of craftsmanship. Greg Fraser’s use of color and light brings out the Harkonens and Fremen cultures, while Hans Zimmer’s music and effects and sound design feel solid this time around

The performances of Chalamet, Zendaya, Ferguson, Bardem and Butler add depth to the film. While "Dune: Part Two" has been compared to "The Empire Strikes Back," it's more aptly compared to "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers."
